  1. Paul Cook‘s primeval images are a study of the inherent beauty of sacred geometry. He challenges our perception of the original through his digital photographs of animals, trees, bones and architecture. He explores symmetry as a holistic aesthetic. Each image is a study of how symmetry challenges the way shape and form is perceived.

The abstract architectural images confront our perception of figure and ground. By creating symmetrical images of areas of inattention, our consciousness of the everyday world around us is challenged. Parallel Universe forces the viewer to look beyond what we immediately see to examine a holistic Gestalt landscape.
